Refund Policy
At PPMehta LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and professional truck dispatching services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, and applies to all dispatching service payments.
1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
PPMehta LLC does not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered, including:
Loads booked on your behalf
Rate negotiations completed
Communication or coordination services with brokers/shippers
Administrative tasks such as paperwork, invoicing, or carrier setup
Once a service is performed, it is considered non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility (Prepaid Plans)
If you paid in advance for a weekly or monthly dispatching plan and wish to cancel before the service period begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund under these conditions:
72-hour notice before the start of the billing period is required
A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund
No refunds will be issued once dispatching activities begin

3. Disputed Charges
If you believe you were charged in error:
Contact us at info@ppmehtallc.com within 7 days of the transaction
Provide proof of payment and the issue in question
We will review and respond within 5 business days
Disputes initiated with a payment processor (e.g., chargebacks) without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
4. Subscription/Plan Cancellation
Clients on a recurring or subscription-based dispatching plan must cancel in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. There are no partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.
5. Force Majeure
PPMehta LLC is not liable for refunds due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather delays, broker cancellations, or technical disruptions.
