1. Services Provided
PPMehta LLC offers truck dispatching services including but not limited to:
Load sourcing and booking
Rate negotiation
Broker/shipper communication
Carrier setup packet completion
Invoicing support (if applicable)
Our services are tailored for owner-operators, carriers, and small fleet owners.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide valid MC/DOT authority
Maintain active insurance
Submit signed Dispatch Agreement
Ensure communication availability
Accurately represent equipment and availability
Failure to provide accurate or timely information may delay service or result in suspension.
3. Payment Terms
Fees are due as outlined in the Dispatch Agreement.
Payment must be made through the agreed method (ACH, Zelle,Card payments, etc.).
Late payments may incur fees or suspension of services.
We reserve the right to modify our rates with 7 days’ written notice.
4. No Carrier/Broker Responsibility
PPMehta LLC is not a motor carrier or broker. We act solely as a dispatching agent. We do not assume responsibility for any freight loss, cargo claims, damages, or delays caused by carriers, shippers, or brokers.
5. Confidentiality
Client and dispatch-related information will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with a written notice of 7 days. Outstanding balances must be paid before termination is finalized.
7. Limitation of Liability
PPMehta LLC shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss of revenue
Equipment breakdowns or DOT issues
Broker non-payment (unless agreed to handle billing)
Maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the past 30 days.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website is the intellectual property of PPMehta LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without our written consent.
